Shipping process will begin 1-2 days after payment is confirmed.
A refund may be granted if:
The item incurred damage during shipping.
The item is returned in its original package with customized hang tag not removed.
If the complaint matches with the discrepancies of the said item.
A complaint outlining issues with the item is emailed to email@example.com within 48hrs of receiving the item/s.
