Shipping process will begin 1-2 days after payment is confirmed.
Refund Policy
A refund may be granted if:
The item incurred damage during shipping.
The item is returned in its original package with customized hang tag not removed.
If the complaint matches with the discrepancies of the said item.
A complaint outlining issues with the item is emailed to rakaji.sales@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving the item/s.
NB* Items purchased by error on the part of the customer will not warrant a refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No exchange on items purchased.
A shipping fee will be charged on all returning items.
